Ladakh Hydra & Towing Van Operator Cooperative Ltd. Leh
Ladakh Hydra & Towing Van Operator Cooperative Ltd. Leh is both a thought and a structured initiative born out of a clear imbalance. While major projects in Leh were consistently awarded to external entities, skilled local operators remained overlooked and underutilized.
Recognizing this gap, the cooperative was formally established on 24-05-2025 with a focused purpose. It brings local hydra and towing operators onto a unified platform where they gain visibility, access to projects, and the opportunity to compete on equal terms.
The society exists to ensure that local capability is no longer ignored, and that operators who understand the terrain, conditions, and demands of Ladakh are given the role they rightfully deserve in its development.
